What would make playing NF more enjoyable:     More game info before you start the game to help players make better choices.

I almost qualify as a Navy Field addict but not quit.  I know that I am suppose to have a friend on the inside to recommend me but will greatly appreciate it if you give my application some serious consideration.  I am only 16 and have been playing NF for a year, I don't know a whole lot about the finer details of the game (have had to learn every thing on my own) but am willing to share the knowledge that I do have with new and experienced players alike.  THX

But why do people insist that NF is historically accurate?

Apart from the names and looks this is so totally not historically accurate as anything

I'm not here to bust your chops but the most striking thing is the progress of your ships despite being on NF for 1 year(Very low). Not a necessarily bad thing of course but it's something you don't find too often given the xp rate and xp sharing nowadays.

I have been playing for about a year with one week stops every 2-3 months.  The only reason that I haven't made much progress is because I have a total of 6 or 7 bos.  Also I like to screw around in custom battles(dd vs ss).  Finally I didn't know what I Was doing at first so I really screwed my first up, they were almost lvl 80 before I disbanded them and started over.

Personally i'd choose the line that your most comfortable\enjoying the most and dedicate some time to it.

You will not get anywhere spreading yourself across 9 BO's and its questionable how much life is left in Navyfield.

Also, it will save you money.

That's good advice.... I concentrated on playing my UK line until I got to BB5... only then did I start developing my other lines.

Sorry haven't been able to get on for a couple days.  Iv'e been working on only 2 bos lately so no worrys.

Right now I am training a crew that is lvl 45 to go down the Nevada line.  My other bo that I am working on just got to the bouge but the flight crew are only lvl 41 b, 41 t, 42 s, 45 f, so I am not sailing with him currently.  Pretty much I am working on 1 bo and am training my flight crew in the ships slots were you would normally put mechanics and stuff, wont be long before I am terrorizing the sky's of Navy Field.

OK, this Saturday I will be on at noon on Iowa eastern time.  I will be sailing a ship names "USS Gun Boat".  I am on right now but not for much longer, its late in Florida.
